We greatly appreciate the support of all the parents who helped serve during the Kenyan Luncheon on Tuesday, October 16, 2007, at Epiphany Lutheran School. An extra special thanks goes out to the Mrs. Elizabeth Gundo and Mrs. Emelda Osore who prepared the majority of the authentic Kenyan dishes for the event. Mr. Kenneth Osore served as our guest speaker and talked about the special dishes served during Kenyan meals. Students were delighted and learned so much from the experience! Those parents who volunteered and those who attended look forward to events like this in the future! Thank you everyone!
We would also like to thank those parents who sent their child to school with monetary donations for the luncheon! All donations will support the building of a water well and restrooms for Esibila Primary School. Asante!
