"Help an Orphan Day"
The United Nations has designated December 1st as "Help an Orphan Day." Please remember the 2 million orphans of Kenya and support efforts to provide them with their basic needs (shelter, food, water, clothing, education). Please refer to our "Partnerships" webpage.
"Global Youth Service Day"
Global Youth Service Day is an annual event that celebrates young volunteers. Young people in countries everywhere will highlight and carry out thousands of community improvement projects.
